Doncic has just started filling out his resume. Therefore, Doncic enters his third season with the Dallas Mavericks with enough self awareness that NBA stars are soon expected to add another layer of greatness in hopes they can start delivering some hardware.

“Every year I want to be better,” Doncic said Tuesday following the Mavericks’ voluntary workouts. “That’s the goal for me. I also want to win the championship. That’s the goal we entered last year. And that’s the goal we’re going to enter this year.”
